The installation consists of a circle of 32 monitors and video players, which are connected to screen are set up inwards. The installation works with the delay that is created, if the same information is shown 32 times with a time off set of 3 seconds: A running picture develops, which here moves counter-clockwise. Between the monitors there are gaps in the distance of the monitor width. The gaps are the passage for the audience and serve to use the installation for performance actions in the centre of the circle. The 64 elements - monitors and gaps - are from one of the oldest Chinese classics inspired by the Book of Changes - I Ching. With this simple technology the visual and sound tests out the relationship between time, space and information, between power, constraints and free spaces, centre and periphery. 
The project was developed by Danny Yang / Hong Kong and so far by 120 artists from Beijing, Bangkok, Macao, Manila, Shanghai, Seoul, Shenzhen, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Vancouver and Hong Kong; recorded from Berlin: Maria Vedder, Veit-Lup, Antal Lux, Walter Gramming and Hartmut Jahn

Die Installation besteht aus einem Kreis von 32 Monitoren und Videoplayern, die mit dem Bildschirm nach innen aufgebaut sind. Die Installation arbeitet mit dem Delay, das entsteht, wenn 32 mal mit einem Zeitversatz von 3 Sekunden die gleiche Information gezeigt wird: Es entwickelt sich ein laufendes Bild, das hier gegen den Uhrzeigersinn wandert. Zwischen den Monitoren gibt es Lücken im Abstand der Monitorbreite. Die Lücken sind der Durchgang für Publikum und dienen der Nutzung der Installation für Performance-Aktionen im Zentrum des Kreises. Die 64 Elemente – Monitore und Lücken – sind von einem der ältesten chinesischen Klassiker inspiriert, dem Buch der Wandlungen – I Ging. Mit dieser einfachen Technologie ist das Verhältnis von Zeit, Raum und Information auszuloten, von Macht, Zwängen und Freiräumen, Zentrum und Peripherie.
Das Projekt wurde von Danny Yang / Hong Kong entwickelt und bislang von 120 Künstlern aus Beijing, Bangkok, Macau, Manila, Shanghai, Seoul, Shenzhen, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Vancouver und Hong Kong bespielt, aus Berlin: Maria Vedder, Veit-Lup, Antal Lux, Walter Gramming und Hartmut Jahn.
